Runners Workshop: Improve your running and stay injury free with the Runity Method

Come and improve your running and help keep yourself injury free. 

We often use running to get fit, but research shows we need to be fit to run! In the workshop we will work through movements to help you to be stronger, run more efficiently and find that effortless feeling when you run.

You will end the workshop with a series of exercises to try at home and see how this improves and brings a smile to your running!

The workshop is suitable for anyone who is interested in running, if you're a beginner just thinking of taking it up or an experienced marathon runner looking to improve come and prepare your body to run.
