On the physical level, deep diaphragmatic breathing allows oxygen to reach our cells and organs, increasing our energy and helping to detoxify and cleanse our bodies.
On the mental-emotional level, it helps reduce stress and promote feelings of calm and peace.
On the spiritual level, full, conscious connected breathing can help us connect with our higher selves and tap into our innate wisdom, releasing trapped emotions from the body and creating deep healing within.
