What to expect
10-10:15am • Welcome & Intention Setting
Begin the day with a warm welcome from Simone and Mavra as they set the tone for a mindful experience.
10:15-11am • Energising Pilates Session
Kickstart your morning with an energising flow focused on core strength, full-body movement and deep breathing.
11:15am-12pm • Gentle Restorative Pilates
Move into a gentle, restorative practice designed to stretch and release tension, leaving you feeling balanced and at ease.
12-1.15pm • Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy a healthy, delicious lunch featuring fresh, seasonal dishes made in-house by Sam and grab the opportunity to converse with your fellow participants.
1:15-1:45pm • Meditation & Final Stretch
Wrap up the retreat with a calming meditation and final stretch session, leaving you grounded and relaxed.
1:45- 2pm • Closing Circle & Farewell
We’ll end the day with a short reflection, sharing gratitude and positive energy before you head home with a special wellness gift!
