1:30 - 2:15 pm • Reformer Pilates with Jane
2:30 - 3:15 pm • Radical Rest Yoga with Katy

Also, chiropractor Clare Leetham of Aligned Health & Wellness will be with us from 9:30 am to 3 pm and she will offer 15 minutes FREE spine checkups.
