Focusing Professional & Embodiment Relationship and Intimacy Coach
What is Focusing?
Focusing is an experiential, embodied and evidence-based practice of self-reflection. During focusing, your attention opens up to multiple layers and aspects of living, allowing you to connect with your felt sense, slow down and listen to your body. Mavra believes that we already have the answers within us if we just ask the right questions.
Mavra believes the key to any relationship, including the one you have with yourself, is communication and deep listening. This can be difficult to achieve if our nervous system is stuck in a fight-or-flight response.
Who Mavra Works With
Mavra works with individuals who want to improve their relationship with themselves and address everyday issues that may be holding them back, such as anxiety, low self-esteem, stress and inner criticism. Using somatic techniques she has honed over the past six years, Mavra helps clients untangle their emotions, thoughts and sensations, connect more deeply with themselves and build confidence and healthy relationships with others.
Mavra also specialises in working with couples who want to deepen their relationships and master communication. She understands that many couples struggle because they don’t fully grasp each other’s nervous systems or the ways they learned to communicate during childhood. We don’t choose our partners by accident, but we may not be consciously aware of our choices. Mavra offers a unique, structured, alternative way that teaches couples how to reconnect and deeply understand each other.
Whether you’re an individual looking to better your relationship with yourself or a couple seeking to improve your connection, Mavra offers tailored sessions that address your specific needs and challenges.

What is Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to different organs, systems and parts of the body. By applying pressure to these reflex points, a reflexologist aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Reflexology has roots in ancient healing traditions from Egypt, China, and India, but the modern practice was developed in the early 20th century by American physiotherapist Eunice Ingham.
