Although designed for those that have completed PAUSE, BREATHE BEGIN, this course is suitable for anyone with a basic beginning in yoga who wishes to develop their practise and confidence further. Extend into deeper back bands, incorporate balancing postures into your routine and flow through variations on Suyra Namaskar alongside others who have similar experience.
