This course is designed for anyone who has a pelvic health or abdominal condition, prolapse, separated abdominal muscles, incontinence, irregular bowel movements, pain during intimacy, low back pain, hip, previous abdominal surgery, postnatal and any other pelvic or hip surgery.

No previous Pilates experience is necessary.

During the course we will:
- Identify your symptoms, assess your movement and set goals
- Learn a homework program to reduce your symptoms & achieve your goals
- Offer online video resources of exercises & a softball for your homework practice
