You are invited to join Jean for this wonderful event where we will connect together with a beautiful heart-opening cacao ceremony, honouring the magical plant medicine that is Cacao. We will be working with 100% pure ceremonial grade cacao with its 300 plus nutrients! We will gather in a circle to honour and celebrate our path, whatever that may be. Jean will hold space for you to be your true authentic self. We will share the ritual, dance, meditation and close the ceremony with a relaxing sound bath - bliss!

We will end the session with a short social chat and share yogi teas and energy balls.

Please bring a journal if you use one but don’t worry if not as Jean will provide paper for a little guided journaling. You are invited to wear something you feel beautiful in! This ceremony is all about you, sharing space and energy with like-minded women in a circle. This will be a sacred special space and this event is for women only.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event to complete a health form and get settled onto your mats, this is your wellness time. You are advised to fast for at least 2 hours before your ceremony as this allows the cacao to work more effectively.

**You are invited to approach your cacao ceremony with enthusiasm and an open heart, however you are encouraged to use care when working with cacao as it is a potent plant medicine. It is your responsibility to declare any pre-existing medical condition. Cacao is not recommended if you have a heart condition, if you are undergoing chemotherapy or have any other severe illness. Cacao can be contraindicated with certain antidepressant medications too. Please note, spaces are limited and we have a 24 hrs cancellation policy.
