This class is a rapidly effective form of neuromuscular (mind-body training) movement, somatics movement retrain the nervous system to release chronic muscle contraction and change damaging posture and movement patterns.

In this class we will train our proprioceptive senses, which enables us to increase movement possibilities thought out our life. The student takes an interest in their own movements and how they connect to the whole of themselves, their whole soma. With practice, the student learns how to move in order to feel well.
