Biodynamic Breathwork 8-week course

In this series we will work through the belts in the same systematic way, releasing tensions from stress and trauma, clearing a path from top to bottom but focussing a whole session on one belt each week. This allows for a much deeper exploration in these areas with more exercises and invitations on offer to support the release of deep core tensions, old patterns and with a deep regulation of the nervous system.

In addition to the breathing technique, biodynamic movements and vocal expressions, there will also be more active meditations and creative reflective exercises to support deeper integration.

When we release these deep core tension that can show up as pain, illness, fatigue and reactivity, we begin to let go of the past and come into connection with the present moment and ourselves with authenticity and a sense of peace.

The sessions will be 90 minutes every Wednesday evening for 8 weeks.
