Breath meditation, creative embodied movement and Yoga Nidra, this class is the perfect antidote to fast-paced living.
This is for you if you are:
recovering from an illness or injury
experiencing sleep challenges
wanting to re-charge after a busy week
simply looking to carve out some much-needed rest time
The studio will be warm and cosy, the lights will be low and you are welcome to stay for chai and chat afterwards.
You do not need any yoga experience, just a willingness to discover (or rediscover) the pleasure that comes from embodied restful movements and breath enquiry.
Suitable for complete beginners and seasoned yogis.
The workshop will finish with a cuppa and a friendly chat.
