The perfect way to start your Sunday; 75 minutes of Hatha Yoga, a movement that will awaken your physical body combined with a cleansing and calming Pranayama (breathing) practice to invigorate your mind.

All this will be complemented by a wholesome, homemade brunch at our very own Cafe Root. Expect delicious coffee, homemade pastries and bread, salads and cake. Served buffet style and shared around a large table where we can chat.

The Yoga and Pranayama will be suitable for all fitness levels, no experience is required. Beginners are more than welcome. All you will need is a desire to move well, eat well and meet like-minded people. Come along and give it a try!
